For New Year's Eve, the Hôtel du Collectionneur restaurant offers an exceptional menu, specially created for the occasion by our executive chef Nicolas Amelin. A multi-course gastronomic journey showcasing seasonal produce and delicate combinations, to be savored in an elegant and festive atmosphere. The evening continues with live music and a DJ, accompanying the transition to the new year in a warm and festive atmosphere.
