We are looking for our future Head Barman M/F to strengthen our teams. You bring your unique personality and passion for the job to the team! In compliance with the hotel's service and quality standards, your main mission is customer service.

- Supervise the entire Bar team (Bartenders, Rang Heads, Hostess) and distribute work to his teammates (manage the schedule, training, the distribution of daily tasks)

- Participate in the cleaning of the bar, the room and the tables before opening to the public;

- Provide service in the room or at the counter

- Advise customers

- Prepare drinks, make cocktails

- Manage supplies and stocks

- Manage the creation and renewal of the card

- Ensure invoicing and collections
