Located a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc Monceau, the Hotel du Collectoreur has a unique Art Deco architecture that is reflected in every detail, from the majestic lobby to the sumptuously decorated rooms. Formerly, this building was the seat of the famous French fashion designer, Pierre Cardin, adding an additional touch of glamor to its heritage.

Rich in its history, ranked among the most emblematic 5-star establishments in the capital, our hotel offers an immersive experience combining glamor, tailor-made service and exceptional hospitality.

To delight our customers, we are looking for a Head Concierge:
A confirmed luxury hotel professional, ideally a member of Les Clefs d'Or, you are passionate about the art of hospitality and have a perfect command of the codes of high-end service. With an excellent knowledge of Paris and its exceptional service providers, you know how to anticipate and meet the needs of a demanding international clientele and orchestrate, with discretion and efficiency, an irreproachable customer experience. An inspiring leader, you are recognized for your ability to unite your teams with kindness and rigor, thanks to your keen sense of listening, your emotional intelligence and your daily example.

Your main missions will be:
Reception & Customer Relations:

  • Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism in accordance with the expected standards, in French and English.
  • Respond to customer requests in an effective and proactive manner (reservations, advice, transfers, events, etc.)
  • Offer personalized and memorable service by anticipating customer needs
  • Provide information on hotel services, the city, cultural events (news), restaurants, transport, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a network of trusted contacts (restaurants, theaters, transport agencies, private guides...)...
  • Negotiate exclusive or priority services for hotel guests


Coordination & Management:

  • Supervise, train and motivate the team (concierges, baggage handlers.)
  • Plan schedules, ensure good coordination of shifts and ensure continuity of service
  • Ensure that hotel procedures and service standards are maintained
  • Work in close collaboration with the various hotel services and in particular (Reception, Guest Relations, Housekeeping...)


Partnerships & Network:

  • Maintain and develop a network of trusted service providers (restaurants, shows, exclusive services)
  • Representing the hotel externally through the National Union of Hotel Concierges - Les Clefs d'Or


Quality & Image:

  • Actively participate in the global customer experience
  • Handle requests quickly with diplomacy and know how to respond to special requests
  • Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism in accordance with our Charter of Elegance at all times.


Wanted profile :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Concierge
  • Member of the Clefs d'Or
  • Confirmed experience in team management is an essential asset.
  • Excellent presentation, strong sense of service and discretion.
  • Natural leadership, team spirit, organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Paris, its places of interest, its culture and its high-end service providers.
  • Perfect command of French and English. A third language is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with stress, the unexpected and to solve problems quickly.
  • Diplomacy, discretion, rigor and responsiveness.
