Chef de rang restaurant CDD 6 months (M/F)

An independent hotel and member of the family group The Gate Collection, the Hotel du Collectioneur***** offers a unique Art Deco spirit in Paris, close to the very chic Parc Monceau and the Arc de Triomphe.

Completely renovated, the Hotel du Collectioneur is the largest 5-star hotel in Paris.

A member of The Gate Collection and Preferred Hotels & Resorts, it has 496 spacious rooms, 1800m² of event space, a restaurant & bar, a SPA and a gym.

We are looking for a Senior Chef for our Restaurant for a 6-month fixed-term contract (M/F)

Your missions will be:

• Perform room service
• Welcome and install customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Take orders and send information to the kitchens
• Ensure that dishes are served on time and in accordance with customer expectations
• Coordinate service with the kitchen team and other room staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their requests and resolving any problems encountered
• Organize and participate in setting the tables and setting up the room
• Make the payments

YOUR ASSETS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY

• You ideally have a professional experience of at least 2 years in service
• Excellent presentation and sense of customer service
• Good knowledge of the protocols in force in the high-end catering sector
• Mastery of table service techniques and table setting
• Ability to work in a team
• Sense of organization and time management
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and the service team
• Mastery of the French and English languages is mandatory for this position.
