JOB DESCRIPTION

Your missions:

  • Take care of the tasks of cleaning, setting up and setting up bar tables, or scheduled functions,
  • Organize and maintain the offices before and after each service,
  • Participate in the smooth running of the service by carrying out the tasks assigned by the Head of Rank,
  • Coordinate your work with the entire team to ensure an efficient and pleasant service,
  • Ensure the establishment of the room and the cleaning of the tables,
  • Clear the tables, set up for the next service, put away the service equipment,
  • Put into practice and ensure that all the quality standards defined by the catering concept are respected,
  • Apply the hygiene rules in force, follow the general maintenance plan and HACCP standards.

Have a sense of responsibility and unconditional respect for the safety, hygiene and cleanliness regulations in force. Know how to organize the work of teams according to the activity.
