Multipurpose Clerk - Restaurant & Room Service (M/F)

DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
In a unique Art Deco spirit in Paris, the Hotel du Collectoreur Arc de Triomphe is the largest independent 5* hotel in France. Our customers have 487 rooms, our 1700m² of meeting space, our Le Collectioneur restaurant and its bar, Room Service and Executive floors with an Executive Lounge.

We are looking for A Clerk to strengthen our catering teams (F/H).

You participate in setting up the room (cleaning+ dressing) and maintaining the equipment. During the service, you are in charge of making the link between the kitchen and the dining room (serving dishes on trays for the restaurant) or the room service for ordering the Room Service menu in accordance with the service and quality standards of our hotel. You work in support of the Heads of Rank.

WANTED PROFILE
You ideally have a BEP/BAC PRO in catering, like teamwork. You are dynamic and have a good sense of organization, your presentation is neat. You are recognized for your sense of service that will allow you to evolve within our teams. You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an institution of the same category.

Your assets: excellent presentation, very good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer relationships.
Mastery of the English language is mandatory, knowledge of Micros software would be a plus.
