Receptionist internship (M/F)

The Hotel du Collectoreur offers an Art Deco spirit that is unique to Paris. Largest 5* in Paris, our customers benefit from our 496 rooms, approximately 1700m² of seminar spaces, our restaurant and bar, and a SPA

We are looking for our future Receptionist Intern (F/H) to join our reception team.

A true ambassador (drice) of our hotel, you are one of the first contacts of our customers and embody the excellence of our service. You are quality-oriented, equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, a careful presentation and an ability to adapt to the expectations of each interlocutor.

This internship is a unique opportunity to develop your reception skills in a high-end establishment, immersed in a dynamic and caring environment.

YOUR MISSIONS

· Welcome and support our customers upon arrival and departure, ensuring that they have a smooth and personalized experience.

· Manage registration and administrative formalities.

· Ensure effective follow-up of customer requests, whether live, by telephone or via our Duve CRM.

· Anticipate customer expectations and offer adapted solutions to enrich their stay.

· Apply the standards of our Preferred loyalty program.

· Participate in the objectives of the reception and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage them to share their experience on social networks.

· Manage the reception of groups while respecting the defined organization.

WANTED PROFILE

· You are currently a student in hospitality or tourism and are looking for a 6-month internship to develop your reception skills.

· You have an excellent sense of relationships and enjoy creating a unique experience for each customer.

· Elegance, luxury and personalized service are values that drive you.

· You are rigorous, dynamic and have a real eye for detail.

· You are fluent in English and ideally another foreign language.

· Your presentation is meticulous, just like the welcome we want to offer.

· You have a first experience in customer relations or in the hotel industry (an asset).
