Multipurpose Permanence Technician (M/F)

We are looking for our future Multipurpose Permanence Technician (F/H).

Within our Technical Service team, your main missions are:

• Solving all technical problems sustainably
• You participate in preventive maintenance plans for rooms and public places
• You participate in curative maintenance operations
• You make sure to minimize the waste of raw materials, energies and consumables
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction throughout your service
• Ensure the safety, hygiene (HACCP) and the cleanliness of all equipment and premises
• Work pace: Morning from 7 am to 4 pm or afternoon from 2 pm to 11 pm.

To join us, you have:

• You have training related to the profession of Technician (BEP/Bac Pro) as well as training in low current
• 5 years of experience and having worked in a demanding environment
• A sense of organization, you manage high periods of activity brilliantly
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance
• Strong HVAC expertise
• Experience and knowledge in the plumbing and electrical trades.
• Strict and scrupulous application of the guidelines
• The sense of service
• A very strong ability to work independently
• Knowledge of English would be a plus for this position
• Ability to know how to express information clearly to ensure follow-up with teams
• Experience in the hotel industry would be a plus
