This summer, Hôtel du Collectionneur unveils its new pop-up terrace, designed in collaboration with Château Minuty, an iconic estate on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula since 1936.

With sandy hues, sun-drenched vegetation, and furniture featuring organic lines, every detail creates a setting conceived as a subtle echo of Mediterranean landscapes.

Le Jardin Tropézien is open for lunch, offering the restaurant's full menu. In the late afternoon, the Chef presents a selection of Southern-inspired aperitif bites: pissaladière, mini-focaccia, and homemade tapenade, served alongside a selection of Minuty rosés.

Le Jardin Tropézien at Hôtel du Collectionneur offers a Mediterranean escape in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, inviting guests to savor Provençal flavors throughout the warmer months.
