We are looking for an Assistant Supervisor (F/H) for our Room Service.
Main Mission:
Guarantee an irreproachable, fast, elegant Room Service service that meets the standards of a 5-star establishment. Ensure the supervision of the Room Service team and the constant satisfaction of customers.
Operational:
- Organize, plan and supervise all room service activities.
- Ensure the correct implementation and presentation of orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of Room Service equipment (trays, trolleys, dishes, etc.).
- Be present in the field to supervise, motivate and assist the team.
- Manage special customer requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards.
Managerial:
- Train, supervise and evaluate the Room Service team.
- Establish schedules according to the activity.
- Ensure good communication between the kitchen, reception and other services.
- Participate in F&B meetings and provide feedback from customers or areas for improvement.
Administrative:
- Manage stocks and orders of supplies required for room service.
- Track sales, cash register slips and any discrepancies.
- Check order forms and ensure correct invoicing.
WANTED PROFILE
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and sense of top-notch customer service.
- Perfect mastery of room service techniques.
- Natural leadership, organizational skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in hotel software (Opera PMS or equivalent).
- Knowledge of HACCP standards.
Experiment:
- Significant experience (2 to 3 years minimum) in a similar position in luxury hotels.
Languages:
- Fluent French is mandatory.
- Professional English is essential; a third language is a plus.
