DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

In a unique Art Deco spirit in Paris, the Hotel du Collectioneur Paris offers its customers 489 rooms, 2000m² of meeting space, 1 Restaurant, 1 Bar, and 1 Room Service.

We are looking for a Banquet manager (F/H).

Within our kitchen team, you participate in the supervision of the teams and are in charge of the Banquet activity in the kitchen in order to guarantee the application of our standards and the quality of service to our customers.Your main missions:

• Lead and supervise the Banquet team
• Organization of the team according to the Banquets activity in order to guarantee the profitability of all the services provided in the absence of its line manager
• Application of standards and ensures the correct application of HACCP standards
• Follow-up of needs and orders with suppliers
• Involvement in tasks for the organization of the service
• Participate in the development of the team

Your assets for joining us:

• Experience in a management position in the kitchen with a good knowledge of the hotel banquet business
• A BAC PRO training course in Catering Cooking Techniques, or additional mention
• Good product and technical knowledge
• The sense of service
• Organizational capacity and priority management
