Food & Beverage Director (M/F)

We are looking for our future Food and Beverage Director (M/F)

Your missions will be to supervise the restaurant and beverage operations in our establishment and you will be responsible for managing the culinary aspects and the service of our points of sale while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage operations (breakfast, lunch, and bar)
- Manage room and service staff
- Ensure the quality/stock of the food products and drinks served
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Plan menus and promotions
- Manage stocks and place orders

Qualifications:
- Confirmed experience in Food & Beverage supervision and management in a luxury hotel.
- Practical knowledge of food handling
- Ability to lead a team with leadership
- Culinary management and bar service skills
- Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
- Hotel/catering degree or related field preferred
