Host/Hostess - Restaurant & Bar (M/F)

The Hotel du Collectioneur offers an Art Deco spirit that is unique to Paris. The largest 5* in Paris, our customers benefit from our 496 rooms, approximately 1700m² of seminar spaces, our restaurant and bar, and a SPA.

To strengthen our catering team, we are looking for a Host/Hostess - Breakfast and Lunch (F/H) - 6 am to 3 pm (no break) Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off.

Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of welcoming our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival
- Accompany them to their table and present them with the menu
- Take customer orders and forward them to the catering staff
- Ensure that customers receive their dishes on time
- Answer customer questions about food, drinks, and current promotions
- Manage customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain an impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the dining room

Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different types of customers
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this position.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
