As part of our positioning as the largest 5-star Luxury Hotel in France, we place human excellence at the heart of the customer experience. The post of People Excellence Partner (M/F) must make it possible to embody, disseminate and guarantee the highest standards of quality, service and behavior among all employees. It is a strategic, transversal role, and strongly rooted in the culture of luxury hospitality.
Your main missions:
1. Guarantee of operational excellence
- Translating 5-star standards and the expectations of luxury customers into concrete practices (SOP and training).
- Co-build frameworks of skills, interpersonal skills and attitudes linked to excellence.
- Ensure their application and set up measurement tools
2. Development of an exceptional service culture
- To be the guarantor of the “sense of detail” in the behavior of employees.
- Conduct field observations (shadowing, anonymous audits) to identify differences and areas for improvement.
- Create and lead inspiring workshops around customer culture, interpersonal skills, and luxury posture.
3. Training and skills development
- Identify the needs for “soft skills” training and excellent services.
- Deploy innovative modules (e-learning, field coaching, experiential capsules).
- Support managers in their role as exemplary relays.
4. Managing recognition and loyalty
- Implement initiatives that promote exemplary behaviors (awards, trophies, internal showcases).
- Contribute to the development of an employer brand focused on luxury and professional distinction.
Profile wanted
- Confirmed experience in a 5*/Palace or luxury hotel environment (minimum 5 years), ideally in training or operational management
- Perfect understanding of the codes of luxury and relational excellence.
- Charisma, pedagogy, analytical mind, discretion and leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in French and English.
- A certification in coaching or service excellence (e.g. Forbes Travel Guide, LQA) is a plus.
