Formerly the headquarters of the great French fashion designer Pierre Cardin, the establishment bears a prestigious heritage. Ranked among the most iconic 5-star hotels in Paris and the largest in France, it offers an immersive experience where glamor, tailor-made service and exceptional hospitality meet harmoniously.

To delight our customers, we are looking for a Spa Manager for the reopening of our SPA in October 2025 (new position in September).
A new wellness haven is being created with our spa in collaboration with a prestigious cosmetic house. Among the emblematic achievements of this renewal, the creation of our sumptuous 17-meter swimming pool, which will be among the 8 largest hotel pools in Paris.
The Spa Manager oversees all spa operations in order to ensure an exceptional customer experience, in accordance with luxury hotel standards. He/she guarantees the quality of services, the profitability of the activity, the management of teams and the loyalty of demanding local and international customers.

Your main missions will be :

• Develop a culture of detail and excellent service within the team.
• Welcoming clients for care support.
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of experts (Spa practitioners and hostesses).
• Promote sales of treatments, subscriptions and high-end products.
• Optimize the spa's attendance rate and turnover.
• Manage schedules, stocks, budgets and external service providers.
• Guarantee an irreproachable welcome and quality of service, in accordance with 5-star standards and the expectations of premium customers.
• Promote the offer of treatments and massages
• Develop tailor-made offers, luxury packages and exclusive events in partnership with other departments (concierge, catering, etc.).
• Realization of treatments (massages and facial treatments) in compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
• Develop a culture of detail and excellent service within the team.

WANTED PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the management of a wellness area, preferably in luxury.
• Sense of exceptional service and the expectation of needs.
• Impeccable presentation and professional behavior in all circumstances.
• Discretion, rigor and sense of organization.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Knowledge in well-being and care: Expertise in treatment techniques, massages, and well-being in general. A background in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a similar field would be a plus.
